By using Spoken you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You're responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your region).

You keep ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant Spoken a license to host, display, and process your content to operate the service (including showing builds you make public). You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or objectionable content; don't harass others, scrape the service, or interfere with its operation. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Spoken may show user-generated content. We provide ways to report and block content and users, and we may remove content at our discretion. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

Specs, prices, and retailer links are provided for information and may be inaccurate or out of date. Spoken isn't responsible for third-party sites or your purchases. We don't guarantee any product's compatibility or fit.

If paid features are offered, terms and pricing are shown at purchase. Subscriptions made through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by those platforms per their terms.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Spoken isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend or end accounts. We'll post the updated date above for material changes.
