Who we are
Spoken ("Spoken," "we," "us") lets you photograph your bike or gear build and turn it into a spec'd, shareable page. This policy explains what we collect and why.
Information we collect
- Account info — if you create an account: name, username, email and/or phone number.
- Build content — photos you upload and the parts, descriptions, and details associated with your builds.
- Usage data — basic analytics (pages viewed, actions taken) and device/log information.
How we use it
To create and display your builds, identify parts from your photos, operate and improve the product, communicate with you (e.g. saved-search or activity alerts you opt into), and keep the service secure.
Photos & AI processing
Photos you upload are processed by automated systems (including third-party AI models) to identify components. We use your photos to provide the feature; we do not sell your photos.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run Spoken (hosting, storage, analytics, AI processing), and as required by law. Builds you choose to make public are visible to others. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices & rights
You can edit or delete your builds, control build visibility, and request deletion of your account and associated data from within the app or by contacting us. Depending on your region you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability).
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.
Children
Spoken is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app.
